Ideas for 3 days in Bukhara

Start your tour of Bukhara from the Ark Citadel, spend about two hours exploring the collections of the Bukhara State Architectural and Artistic Museum. Then head through Registan Square towards the city center. Along the way, you’ll pass several beautiful mosques and stroll through the Trading Domes, immersing yourself in the atmosphere of an eastern bazaar where you can buy something interesting.

Next stop is Lyabi-Hauz: here you can take a break and have a snack. Then, visit the nearby Carpet Museum in the ancient Magoki Attori Mosque or simply wander through the streets.

Day 1: Start your journey from the city center, at Lyabi-Hauz. Visit the Carpet Museum in the Magoki Attori Mosque and the complex of Bahauddin Naqshbandi. Then turn towards the caravanserais and Trading Domes to immerse yourself in Bukhara’s trading atmosphere. Spend the evening in the hammam, located nearby, next to the Toki Telpak Furushon Dome.

Day 2: Take a trip to the suburban palace of the emir – Sitorai Mokhi-Khosa. After exploring the halls, stroll through the park, enjoying the peacocks.
